Step out of your head and into your body. This December, join us for an ecstatic movement journey where music, movement, and nature come together in the stillness of winter.
We’ll move between the fresh air of the forest and the warmth of a glowing indoor fire — a space to feel grounded, free, and alive! This season we turn inward, we gather to rekindle our inner light, celebrating connection, reflection, and the simple joy of being alive.
No choreography. No right or wrong way to move. Just rhythm, presence, and the freedom to explore your body in your own way.
