About the Event:

This experience combines two powerful tools for relaxation and healing. While 2 gentle acupuncture points are used to calm your nervous system and bring balance to the body, you’ll also be guided into a deeper rest and relaxation through the vibrations of the crystal bowls!

What to Expect:

First we will shake off the days stress then we will relax comfortably while Nile takes your pules and then places two calming acupuncture points on either the hands or the feet. Then live music will carry you into a deeper relaxation. Together acupuncture and sound create space for your body to RESET and let your mind REST.

After the acupuncture there will be time to breathe together and share your experience or write in your journal.
