About the event
We are doing a series on processing anger for ourselves and for the collective. We will make a sacred safe space to express and move though anger so the gift of it can be recieved. We will make space to journal and reflect both individually and as a group. You do not need to attend the whole series and can just attend one or all of them. Please RSVP so we know how many people are attending. This will be capped at 15 people. If you have any questions message Meredith Nile the Acupuncturist on FB.
