As we move into autumn, the outer world begins to let go. Leaves fall. Seeds return to the earth. The light changes. The energy of nature begins its journey inward.
In the tradition of Rudolf Steiner, this turning of the year is connected with Michaelmas — a season of awakening our own inner strength, courage, clarity, and conscious will. As nature withdraws, we are invited to discover the light that lives within us.
