🍂As the Earth turns inward and the days grow shorter, we gather to dance at the threshold between the outer world of harvest and the inner world of reflection. Autumn invites us to turn inward, to find warmth and light within ourselves, and to carry the seeds of what we wish to nurture through the darker months ahead.

We honor the harvest, release what we no longer need, and make space for the quiet wisdom that emerges in stillness. As the veil of autumn deepens, we come together in movement, music, and community — allowing the body to speak what words cannot.
