Who can attend?

This is for women who want to deepen their overall connection to nature to improve their health and well-being through circle, meditation, sacred dance and ceremony.

Women who may have hormonal imbalance, PMS, endocrine issues, menopause, infertility, chronic fatigue and/or allergies may benefit from connecting to nature in combination with healthy foods that nourish our bodies.

We will also be digging for gemstones at a nearby location! Closer than ever before, Natural State Wellness retreats serve the community to use integrative Medicine in a new way- through retreats and women's circles!
